When does the gift expire?

Gift cards don't expire for 3 years from purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law. Once redeemed against a Workshop, the recipient has 90 days from their first play to watch.

Can I schedule the email for later?

Yes. Pick any date and time at checkout. We send it to the minute. If you forget Mum's birthday at 11pm the night before, that's still fine, same-night delivery works too.

What if the recipient doesn't like the Workshop I chose?

They can swap it for any Workshop of equal or lesser value, no questions asked, in the first 14 days. If you want to take swapping out of the equation, send a gift card instead.

Do they need an account before they can redeem?

No. They tap the link, enter their email, and they're in. The free MingleIn account is created behind the scenes, they only need to set a password if they want to come back later.

Can we watch it together?

Yes, that's what Watch Parties are for. The recipient can invite anyone to a synchronised viewing, including you. Group of friends, group chat, glass of wine, go.

Bulk gifts for a team or event?

We do team and corporate gifting from 5 cards up. Invoice payment, single redemption page, your branding on the email if you want it. Email teams@minglein.com.au.

Refund policy?

Unredeemed gifts can be refunded within 30 days. Once redeemed, our standard refund policy applies, see Terms.
