MingleIn grows when people share what they love.
Members share Workshops they’ve taken. Hosts share Boasts and Workshops they’ve made. People do this because they want to, not because we ask them to. When that sharing brings new Members or Hosts in, the Community Growth Fund recognises the participation. Ten percent of every Workshop sold flows back to the people whose sharing made the new connection happen, split across the Buyer arm (5%) and the Host arm (5%). It is a thank-you, not a fee, and not a job we’d outsource to an ad network. We don’t run paid ads, and we don’t expect any Member to pay for them on our behalf. The detail is operational and lives in your dashboard once you’re signed in; this page is the philosophy behind it.
Bring a new Buyer
The first arm of the Community Growth Fund. When someone you’ve introduced makes their first purchase, the Fund recognises that one-off contribution to the platform’s growth.
Bring a new Host
The second arm. When a Host you’ve introduced sells a Workshop, the Fund recognises that contribution for 12 months from their signup. You can introduce as many Hosts as you like, any time. Together the two arms make up the full 10% of the Community Growth Fund.
The loop that keeps value inside the Community
Here is the part most platforms do not have. When you spend your Earnings on a Workshop through MingleIn Kitty, two things happen at once. The Workshop costs you less out of pocket, because your Earnings cover it. And when your next Boast on that Workshop inspires someone to buy, the Community Growth Fund recognises you again.
It is a loop, not a payout. Every time you re-spend, you are turning earnings into learning, and learning into the next contribution to the Community. The Hosts who use it most are the ones who end up with the strongest Boast portfolios, because they spent more time inside the platform’s actual catalogue.
How it works
Your Earnings are yours. You can withdraw it to your bank account in 7 business days, every time. That is a published guarantee, not a default we hide behind. We made the withdrawal path low-friction on purpose, because Clarity is one of our four core values. Spending it on Workshops is the second option, not the first one we push.
Where the Community Growth Fund comes from
Hosts always get their full 50% share, the Community Growth Fund never comes out of a Host’s earnings. The 10% is paid by MingleIn from the platform fee.
